Very Superstitious

November 3, 2008

It’s funny how many people I’ve talked to this past weekend who are more than halfway convinced something will go horribly wrong tomorrow and we will find ourselves faced with the prospect of John McCain as president. Actually, it’s not all that funny. We have, after all, seen the last two decisions go to George W. Bush, who was not simply the lesser man in each race, but one grotesquely unqualified to lead a free, democratic society.

There’s no mystery to my choice: I’m voting for Obama because a sane, intelligent and essentially honest man in the White House is the only remedy for the preceding eight years of lies, madness and corruption. If Obama can get even a decent start at repairing the damage done to this country by the Bush-led Republican klavern, then he will have earned this nation’s undying gratitude.

I wish Obama the best of luck tomorrow. Which is another way of saying I wish us all the best of luck tomorrow.

Homeland Security is hoping for McCain to win. I have proof of that .
If you are in the coal mining bizz then vote McCain because Obama has you in his sights to shut you down. PA needs to remember what happened when the steel plant shut down. How many ghost town will Obamas make. If it wasnt for company’s like Phoenix Glass that part of PA would have gone out . You dont kill jobs ,You dont raise taxes and spend more on a weak dollar. YOU CUT TAXES YOU SPEND LESS AND YOU KEEP AMERICANS WORKING.

It’s funny how the only time the country is in the black is when there’s a Democrat in the White (house).

Thanks, Caveat. We’ll be seeing a lot of winger trollspam this week, I expect.
